• Your appointment time has been held especially for you, if for any reason you need to change or cancel, I require 24hrs notice.
• There is a 50% charge on missed or late cancellations.

• I understand it is not always possible to leave children at home, but the salon is not a safe environment for children. Please let me know if you are bringing them. Under no circumstances can they be in the room during Ellipse SWT & laser treatments.
• All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult who must be present in the room during treatments. Under 18s may not have a Hollywood wax or Ellipse SWT treatments.
• Ellipse SWT & Laser are safe for skin types 1-5, a full consultation and patch test must be done prior to treatments.
  Please ensure you bring the name of any medication you are taking and it is essential to inform your therapist of any changes.
• All Ellipse SWT and CACI treatments are recommended as part of a course for best results.
• Courses are sold as Buy 5 get 1 free.
  Skin rejuvenation is recommended as a course of 3 minimum.
• Loyalty card discounts are off full price treatments and cannot be used on promotions or courses.
